We aim to provide genuine and high-quality beauty products. Please read our return policy carefully.

🔁 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

The product is damaged during delivery

Wrong product is delivered

Product is missing from package

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number

Clear unboxing video

Photos of damaged/wrong product

Without unboxing video, return request may not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products

Products without original packaging

Change of mind

💰 Refund Process

After approval, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund will be credited to original payment method

COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI

🔄 Replacement

If eligible, replacement will be shipped within 2–3 business days after approval.
